"May Your Christmas Be Twinkling and Bright!" - Greeting Card - Story on Reverse
On reverse: "In December of 1882, Edward Johnson, a manager at a New York electric light company, arranged to have a string of walnut-sized incandescent light bulbs made especially for him, in the colours of red, white and blue. Later that month, he strung them on his holiday tree and invented the world's first ever electric Christmas lights; an idea the local newspapers thought too strange to report on, but which quickly caught people's hearts. There are tiny twinkles of light to be found everywhere. What will you do with yours?"
